The Gazelle Basket Stretchers are great for rescue situations where the technical abilities of the Titan Stretchers are not required. The Traverse Gazelle differs from the Titan as it can only be carried or dragged, it cannot be lifted but has a price point to compensate.
The standard finish is a black powder coat. Similar to the Titan Series, the Gazelle basket stretchers utilize black Durathene netting. This netting is fastened to the stretcher using shock-cord, giving it the flexibility it needs for a long life in rugged conditions, and is easily replaced. All three models are constructed using carbon steel and are MIG welded.
The Gazelle Stretcher comprises of three versions all constructed from carbon steel with MIG Welded frames. All three rely on frame geometry construction methods and materials for their ultimate strength.
