The Cobra Buckles Conversion kit, fitted retrospectively provides the user with an opportunity to upgrade the restraining straps on their Sked to provide to quicker and easier packaging of their patient. The buckles are rated at 3,000 pounds.
Durable and easy to use. Under tension they are very hard to release thus accidental release is not an issue.
With these buckles you will no longer have to weave the webbing through the buckles when packaging a patient. This can reduce the patient packaging time by half.
If you use your Sked regularly or run a training organisation where you use the Sked several times during a training session then cobra buckles are a great option.
Cobra Buckles are now offered as an option when buying a new Sked® or as a retrofit kit for the Sked®s you already have.
